Cynthia currently is the Program Manager for the Quality & Safety Operations Division at Parkland Health & Hospital System in Dallas. She has over 16 years of experience and has held leadership roles in quality, risk management, patient safety, and medical staff services. She has worked in variety of healthcare settings, including large regional multi-hospital health systems, academic medical center and teaching hospitals, and a physician-owned joint venture hospital.
Denise currently works with Premise Health as a Group Health Center Manager and oversees compliance, quality and operations of employer based health centers in the Dallas, TX and Brentwood, TN areas. Denise held hospital leadership positions and performed various duties including EMR implementation and sustainment, development and monitoring of hospital wide quality improvement program and reporting, oversaw compliance with regulatory requirements and actively coordinated survey accreditation and certification.
Kelly currently is a Senior Consultant with Interactive Quality® who is passionate about patient and family centered care strategy design and implementation. She excels at engaging patients in collaborating with healthcare organizations to improve healthcare outcomes and processes. Kelly is a Registered Health Information Administrator whose career spans the hospital and outpatient settings with extensive experience in end-stage renal care. Her expertise includes patient experience coaching and strategy, CMS QIO/QIN contracts, patient safety, patient engagement, quality improvement, health informatics, medical staff review and professional performance evaluation, and regulatory and accreditation functions.
QCC Healthcare Consultants
Christie is the CEO of QCC Healthcare Consultants where she works with healthcare organizations to improve their compliance, quality, and operational efficiencies. As a healthcare risk manager, Christie is instrumental in identifying successes and areas of opportunities for her clients, assisting them in achieving the highest level of quality care for their patients. Christie is also the founder and current president of the Texas Healthcare Advisory Council.
Medical City Dallas
Growing up, Linda's father was in the Air Force and she therefore lived in a variety of places including Spain, Morocco, Kansas, Mississippi, and New Hampshire. She has been in nursing for 42 years, all of which occurred in the Dallas area. She has 30 years of ICU nursing experience and 12 years in Hospital Quality. She earned her BSN and MSN at Western Governors University (a school she loves). She has been an active member of the North Texas Association for Healthcare Quality for the last 10 years and this is her third year as President.
